Our courtesy shuttle picks up from 4 locations within Waikiki. If there is a special need and a request is made to be picked up directly from your hotel or another location within Waikiki, it may be possible to do so with at least 24 hours advance notice (for example someone in the party struggles to walk). If your request is within 24 hours please call our reservations line, and we will see if our schedule will allow for it.
